Not an ad removal service taking money they provided nothing for. my money is needed for food, housing and meds.

The fact that I do not now, nor never have had their service on my computer leads me to believe this may be an ongoing way to collect monies from many others unsuspecting consumers. I contacted Corel and explained I am 82 in poor health and on a fixed income and had zero need for their service, and questioned how they were able to gain access to my account never having heard of them, and never receiving the service they claimed I ordered? No response, and ignored. Filed a complaint with ****** and they ruled in their favor for which there is no appeal. On I found a bill on PayP for $39.99 from Corel **** for ad removal service which I never ordered, or received.

Regretfully, this is a leaking sieve for security purposes that places consumers at financial risk when doing business with Corel.As for filing this complaint, I would like for Corel to tighten their security measures by:- Offering 2FA - Allowing users to easily delete their financial details from their account on their own, without loops involving contacting Customer Support, added paperwork, etc.- Improving site encryption I enjoy Corel products and wish to be able to continue to use them, but in today's modern era, financial and personal security are paramount to continued business. However, Corel does not provide any means to remove financial information from your account. No other purchases from other vendors had been made around this window.Security in place at the time: wired connection, VPN, antivirus, anti-malware, firewall, all ***.I have since disabled and destroyed the card.
