This happens because the default uninstall tool still leaves behind a few files and registry entries. While uninstalling the GPU driver is the way to go about it, chances are it might not solve your issues. My computer doesn't even recognize/detect the graphics card as connected. The GIGABYTE logo on the roof of the graphics card lights up and cycles between RGB colors, but the 'FAN STOP' button(?) right next to it doesn't light up anymore, even though it did before.
